📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We partner with reliable international air freight carriers to ensure your products reach you safely and efficiently. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, and Spain.

Once dispatched from our international fulfillment center, the estimated air freight delivery time is typically 7 to 12 business days. Note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance processes or carrier service disruptions.

Shipment Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes NUREYA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Missing or Lost Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. If you need further assistance, reach out to our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
